Are you available for full-time roles?
Yes — that's my preference for the right opportunity. I'm open to conversations about product design roles where I can embed long-term, own meaningful product areas, and drive real outcomes. I also take on selective project work when the scope and fit are right.

Can you work within an existing design system or brand?
Absolutely. Most of my work has been inside established product ecosystems. I'm comfortable inheriting existing systems, identifying gaps, and extending them without breaking consistency — or building one from scratch when needed.

What makes your design process unique?
I start with business goals and user behavior, not aesthetics. Before I touch Figma, I want to understand what the product needs to achieve and where users are currently failing. That's what turns design from decoration into a growth lever.

Do you offer support after delivery?
For project-based work, I include a structured handoff and a 30-day window for refinements. For ongoing needs, a retainer is worth discussing. For full-time roles, this question answers itself — I'm there every day.

What does success look like to you in a design project?
When something measurable changes. Not just shipped on time or well-received in a review — but user behavior actually shifted, and the business felt it. That could show up as better conversion, reduced drop-off, faster onboarding, or higher retention. The form varies by project, but the standard stays the same: there should be a clear before and after. Aesthetics matter, but they're in service of that outcome — not the outcome itself.
